Wontons for Wonton Soup!

Every since lunar new year, I've been crazy more East Asian cuisine e.g egg rolls, fried rice, gyoza, and now wonton soup!

These are made with tons of veggies I had in a fridge: tofu, baby portobello mushrooms, celery, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, and brussel sprouts!
It took me fifteen minutes to wrap twenty five and only 3-4 minutes to cook!
*TIP*
Make a bunch a head of time and freeze them with wax paper in between so they do not stick to one another!
