Vegan Ice Cream Sandwiches at Trader Joe's

These soy based ice cream sandwiches are my favorite! I pretty much have them ALWAYS in my freezer. I am a snack addict and have been obsessed with them for the last few years.

I love these because they do not just taste like frozen soy milk. I often find vegan ice cream that are not creamy and taste like a frozen version of the diary alternative used e.g. I recently had a vanilla ice cream that has was made from coconut milk that was no so good. It was not creamy and just tasted like frozen icy coconut milk. There was not much of a vanilla flavor because the coconut was over powering it. I want creamy delicious ice cream like the one in these sandwiches. They actually taste like vanilla ice cream! The soy taste is not too prominent and you could probably trick people and saying it made from regular milk.
