The Cutest Pasta Ever

They are shaped like little pumpkins, what’s not to love?! They are seasonal so if you see them in the store, do not forget to pick it up!

The name can be quite misleading because there this is not made from zucchini. They are made of a blend of butternut squash and wheat. Due to this blend, really make sure to cook it al dente. If cooked for a minute too long, it will just break apart.

Each dry pasta is about the size of an adult thumbnail and expands about a centimeter after being cooked.

I recommend to stuff them and bake them like baked ziti!
